Professional Learning Paths
Multi-course programs that combine structured modules, guided practice, and assessment to build workplace-ready capability across management, leadership, finance, and project coordination.
How a learning path works
Each path follows a transparent structure: baseline diagnostics, sequenced modules aligned to a competency map, formative checkpoints, and a practical capstone. Syllabi state prerequisites, CPD hours, assessment rubrics, and expected workplace transfer. We balance theory with exercises such as case-based simulations, OKR cascade drills, and RACI mapping so skills embed into daily practice without disrupting busy schedules.
Diagnostic & goal setting
Short baseline assessment and a brief call to align outcomes, time horizons, and prior knowledge. We set measurable milestones against a competency map.
Sequenced modules
Weekly live sessions plus applied tasks. Formative assessment ensures feedback loops; pacing accounts for quarter-end and peak workload.
Capstone project
Participants implement a scoped initiative (e.g., meeting cadence redesign, cash-flow mini model) with mentor critique and peer review.
Completion & summary
A completion summary maps outcomes to objectives, CPD hours, and next-step recommendations for continued development.
Featured learning paths
Choose a path or ask us to recommend one based on your role, schedule, and current responsibilities. All paths indicate CPD hours, peer-work components, and assessment formats.

Assessment, CPD hours, and certification
Assessment blends formative checks (short quizzes, reflective prompts) with a summative capstone. Rubrics describe criteria for clarity, method, and impact. Completion summaries document modules, attendance, CPD hours, and outcomes referenced to the path objectives. Many employers attach these to internal CPD or appraisal systems.
Work products are practical: a cash‑flow mini model, a facilitation guide, a meeting charter, or a stakeholder map. We provide structured templates and exemplars so the focus stays on quality of thinking, not formatting. Results vary by context; we prioritise realistic application over showy theory.
Cohort operations and support
Cohorts meet weekly with clear calendars and slack around Italian holidays and month‑end peaks. Materials are released on a cadence; learners get timely feedback and office‑hour access. We cap group sizes to keep discussion productive and provide optional catch‑up sessions when schedules get hectic.
- Predictable schedule with recorded sessions when available.
- Office hours for questions on assignments and capstones.
- Transparent policies and clear participation guidelines.
